Welcome to Circa! 🎉

Circa is an event planning platform that facilitates collaboration and maximizes efficiency.

Circa uses a Role Based Access Control (RBAC) model that's specially designed for the the collaboration that happens around events.

As a new user of Circa, the first step is to know what permissions or role you have in your Workspace.

What role do I have?

Workspace Admin

If you're the first person from your company to sign up for Circa, then you are a Workspace Admin.

If you've been invited to join an existing Workspace, the email you received will say if you've been added as an Admin.

Team Member

If you've been invited to join an existing Workspace, the email you received will say if you've been added as a Team Member.

Event Staff

If you've been invited to join an existing Workspace, the email you received will say if you've been added as an Event Staffer.

Visitor

If you've been provided with a link to a published Event Calendar, Event Brief, or Event Request Form, then most likely you are a Visitor.

These resources are self-explanatory, so please reach out to your Workspace Admin or contact us with any questions!

How to change your role

If you believe you've been given the wrong role, please contact your Workspace Admin. They can update your role as necessary.
